Due to issues with the Google powered email system it will be discontinued soon. You should only use the Google powered webmail system (below) if you have changed your mail program settings to use the Google powered system, and you are logging in to delete unwanted messages.
All other users should the classic option (above).
Google powered VL Webmail (Being discontinued)
If you use an email program such as Outlook Express, Windows Mail, or Mozilla Thunderbird, and have changed your settings to the Google based system, you will need to switch back to our classic email system. You can find setup instructions on our website for Outlook Express and Windows Vista Mail. (For help with other mail programs, please call us at 540-754-1566). Once you are no longer using the Google powered email service please send an email to support@visuallink.com and let us know so we can update our system.
Because mail is currently being delivered to both sytems you will want to log in to the classic webmail before you change your settings and delete any accumulated mail that you do not wish to receive again. You can also call Visual Link Technical Support at (540)754-1566 Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 5pm to have the mailbox emptied.
(If you signed up for your Visual Link Service after April 1st, 2009, or have not used the Google based email system since September 1st, 2009 you will need to use the classic webmail as the Google webmail feature has been removed from your account.)
